Cycling With CSI – On Demand June 14, 2007

I have a spin bike in the rec room. Bellevue Place Club replaced their bikes and donated the old ones to staff members. I bought some clip in pedals and got the bike tuned up.
It’s nice having it there especially now that I am cycling more. I have the luxury of getting on the bike whenever I want. I have fallen into a routine of channel surfing and watching CSI reruns on demand. The shows are about 44 minutes.
